How airport pickup works

The main office is 300 m from the airport terminal, just outside the airport area — a short walk from arrivals, with the exact meeting instructions included in your booking confirmation.

Give your flight number when booking so that arrival and departure timings can be arranged around your actual flight.

Driving out of the airport

The airport exit joins the west coast road. North takes you through Kremasti towards Ialyssos, Ixia and Rhodes Town in roughly 20 to 25 minutes. South is the quieter west coast route towards Kalavarda and Monolithos.

For the east coast resorts, most drivers head north, cross near Rhodes Town and follow the coastal road: allow around 35 minutes to Faliraki, 45 to Kolymbia and well over an hour to Lindos.

Returning before an early flight

• •Allow for a fuel stop: the convenient stations are on the airport road, not at the terminal.
• •Add time for the return procedure on top of your usual check-in buffer.
• •Photograph the car and the fuel gauge at drop-off.
