Car rental in Lindos
Lindos is 63 km from the airport, about 70 minutes. The village itself is a maze of stepped white lanes with no cars in it, which changes how a rental works here.

The village is car-free
Vehicles stop at the car parks above the village and along the main road. From there everything is on foot and often uphill, so pack for the walk to your accommodation.
In high season the upper car parks fill early in the day; arriving before mid-morning or later in the afternoon makes a real difference.
Why a car is worth it here
Bus connections thin out considerably south of Lindos. With a car, Pefkos, Vlicha, Kiotari, Gennadi and eventually Prasonisi become easy half-day trips rather than logistical exercises.

- Vlicha Bay — about 5 minutes.
